What we collect

When you book, our booking system (Shadeboard) stores your name, phone, email, vehicle and appointment details so we can do the job and contact you.

Meta Pixel and ad cookies

We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and bookings that come from our Facebook and Instagram ads and to improve those ads. It records pages viewed, when you submit your contact details in the booking form, your browser, IP address, and Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc). We also keep the ad link and campaign tags you arrived from and attach them to your booking. This data is shared with Meta Platforms. Our booking system may later report confirmed appointments to Meta, matched using hashed contact details, only if you allowed advertising cookies.

Your choice

Visitors in the EU, UK and similar regions are asked first, and nothing is tracked until they accept. Everyone can change or withdraw their choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or by calling or texting us. We record when you made your choice and what you were shown.
