FAQ

Tint options

What the numbers mean, what Ohio allows, and what you get for the price.

The number is how much light gets through the glass. 50% lets in about half of it, 35% is an easy step down, 20% reads dark from the street, and 5% is the darkest film we run. Rear privacy glass on a lot of trucks and SUVs sits near 20% from the factory, which is why stock is one of the choices.

Ohio requires front side windows to let in 50% or more of the light. Rear and back glass can be any darkness you want. So the usual build is a legal front with a darker back, and we set it up so the two match instead of looking like two different trucks.

Match Two is $149 and covers the front two windows, tinted to match the privacy glass already on your rear glass. Full Tint is $299 and covers every side window plus the back glass, any car, any size. With Full Tint you can mix a lighter front with a darker rear.

Yes. Trucks, SUVs, UTVs, campers, dozers, semis, homes and businesses get quoted one at a time, because glass count, cab shape, and access all change the job. Text us a photo and we'll give you a straight number.

Both. Every shade we run cuts glare and drops the heat coming through the glass, and the darker the film, the more you'll feel it. If you want a heat-rejecting film for a hot cab, tell us what you're after and we'll price it out.

We do windshield work in lighter shades, commonly 35%, which cuts glare without wrecking your view at night. Bring it up when you send your request and we'll tell you what works on your glass.

FAQ

Appointment requests

How a request works, how fast you can get in, and what we need from you.

Not yet. What you send is a request, not a reservation. We text you back to confirm a day and a time, and once you say yes, it's on the schedule.

Next-day appointments are normal, Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM. If you need a specific day, put it in the request or text us and we'll tell you straight what we have.

Pick "Not sure, quote me" in the booking form and we'll price it out, or text a photo of the vehicle to (419) 566-6683. Two flat prices cover the jobs we do most: Match Two at $149 and Full Tint at $299.

No, it's optional. It just helps us quote right the first time, especially on a camper shell, a fleet, or glass that's already been replaced.

Text or call us and we'll move it. A quick message is all it takes.

What to expect at the shop

Where we are, how long it takes, and what the glass needs afterward.

We're at 16 Markey St in Bellville, Ohio. The shop runs Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM, closed Sunday. Call or text (419) 566-6683 and we'll get right back to you.

Most cars and trucks take a couple of hours. Full trucks, campers, and equipment run longer, and we'll give you the plan when we confirm your time.

Most folks drop the vehicle off and come back for it. Tell us when we text you if you'd rather stay, and we'll sort out the details.

Leave the windows up for three to five days so the film cures and bonds to the glass. Park in the sun when you can, and hold off on wiping the inside of the glass until it's dry. Light haze or tiny bubbles in the first few days is the film curing, and it clears on its own.

Bring it by and we'll make it right. Every job comes with our 100% money-back guarantee, because our priority is your satisfaction. We got you covered.
